The Humboldt Institut Kempten Summer Camp, part of the network founded in 1977, offers a German immersion program for students aged 14 to 18. Located in the Bavarian town of Kempten, near the Allgäu Alps, the camp combines intensive language instruction with outdoor activities.

Students reside in the JUFA residence, sharing modern triple or quadruple rooms with private bathrooms. Roommates are grouped by similar age and language level but different native languages to encourage German practice outside class. Full board is provided.

The curriculum is supported by a daily schedule of sports and cultural activities, including access to a nearby aquatics center. Weekly excursions feature trips to Alpine sites, Lake Constance, and historic cities. The program fee is inclusive of tuition, materials, accommodation, meals, activities, and guided tours.
