Nestled within the historic Spetzgart Castle on the shores of Lake Constance, the Salem International Summer School offers a dual-language program in German and English for students aged 14 to 16. The course runs from late July to early August, utilizing the extensive campus of Germany's renowned Salem boarding school.
Students reside in the castle's double rooms, with separate wings for boys and girls, and are supervised by live-in staff. The program combines 20 weekly language lessons with a choice of afternoon activities, including sailing, tennis, rock climbing, and arts. Each weekend features extended group excursions, such as Alpine hikes or survival skills workshops, led by instructors.
The comprehensive fee covers tuition, all meals, accommodation, learning materials, and the full schedule of activities and excursions. The camp concludes with a celebratory presentation and social event for students and their families.
